Yves believes that communication should be as clear and simple as possible. He started a company called Badlands in 2011. At Badlands, he supports businesses that don't have their own communication team. This includes working with diverse sectors like finance and insurance, law firms, automotive, financial consultancy, maritime logistics etc.

One of his significant projects was with a real estate office, where he managed their communication, both online and offline, for nine years. This experience sparked the idea for Pragmapp.

Additionally, Yves runs PIM, where he offers courses and programs focused on clear and simple communication, catering to professionals in various fields.
